EasyDo®, the Mobile Device-Based Credit Card Settlement Service, Attains Compliance with PCI DSS: Full Compliance with International Security Guidelines
NTT Comware Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Shinobu Umino; hereinafter, "NTT Comware") announces that EasyDo, the credit card settlement service for mobile phones or smartphones, attained certification of full compliance with the twelve requirements of PCI DSS* (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Version 2.0, effective April 25, 2014.
With this, EasyDo is certified as a secure service at an international level and can be relied on further by users as an even more secure credit card settlement service. NTT Comware will continue to enhance its technologies to achieve safe and secure credit card payment services.
*PCI DSS is an international security standard for the credit card industry, jointly established by five international credit card companies (American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and VISA), that all organizations, including online retailers, must follow when storing, processing and transmitting their customers' credit card data.

Outline of EasyDo Services
NTT Comware provides EasyDo services enabling users of mobile devices such as mobile phones and smartphones to settle their payment with a credit card in a simple, safe and secure manner.
EasyDo is a credit card settlement service for customers that uses their mobile phone or smartphone camera to scan a QR Code, registered by the seller company of a product to be purchased to contain merchandise information and price.
This service allows the customers to easily complete the payment without a third party handling or managing their credit card information.
The service requires no infrastructure or systems for corporate customers to accept payment from customers. Customers are also able to use the service 24 hours a day and 365 days a year on a real time basis.
