Corporate Reorganization and Executive-level Appointment
NTT Comware Corporation (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Senior Vice President: Shinobu Umino; below NTT Comware) announces its reorganization of divisions and nomination of the candidates for the executive level positions effective July 1, 2014.
Corporate Reorganization
NTT Comware merges its five wholly-owned subsidiary regional group companies (NTT Comware Hokkaido Corporation, NTT Comware East Corporation, NTT Comware Tokai Corporation, NTT Comware West Corporation and NTT Comware Kyushu Corporation) (hereinafter referred to as "the Five Regional Group Companies") effective July 1, 2014. The purpose of this corporate reorganization is to centralize and strengthen the key businesses, to make the business management efficient and to maximize the synergies of the group companies.
Accordingly, the Five Regional Group Companies become the branches of NTT Comware Corporation.| (New Name) |
