Transfer of Business: Smart Pit®
NTT Comware Corporation (Head Office: Konan, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Shinobu Umino; hereinafter, "NTT Comware") announces the business transfer of the Smart Pit ® services, the payment service through convenience stores, to NTT Internet Incorporated (Head Office: Nishigotanda, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Kunio Takimoto, hereinafter "NTT Internet"), a 99% owned subsidiary of NTT Comware.
Accordingly, the NTT Comware Group's service concerning payment through convenience stores is transferred to NTT Internet. This business transfer aims to integrate the system into one company to centralize knowhows and services to make it more efficient for the users.
