1. Procurement Announcement Procedures

Announcement of Procurement Information

We announce the outlines of goods for procurement to invite bids from suppliers. We provide information about our procurement of goods on the procurement page of the NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS website.

Submission of Application

We accept application forms submitted by potential suppliers who are willing to bid for NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS’s procurement.

Evaluation/Conclusion of Contract

With comprehensive evaluation of the application forms, we select a supplier who is considered to be the most advantageous and initiates negotiations to conclude contracts. In the process of evaluation, NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS may test goods proposed or samples.

2. Supplier’s Application Procedures

Introduction of Goods

Potential suppliers with the intention to apply for evaluation will introduce their products to NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS.

Technical Meetings

Technical meetings will be held if necessary.

Submission of Application Forms

NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS provides details of requirements and requests potential suppliers to submit the application forms.

Evaluation/Conclusion of Contract

NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS evaluates and selects the potential supplier. In the process of evaluation, the proposed products or its samples may be tested.

3. Procurement Procedures to Follow

Procurement of Additional Products

For additional purchase of products once procured through the Procurement Announcement Procedures and Supplier’s Application Procedures, the order will be placed to the qualified suppliers. The number of suppliers for NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS to order the goods from may be limited to the number suited to the planned quantity of the product to be procured.

Qualified Suppliers

Suppliers, who have been given approval by NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS through the Procurement Announcement Procedures and Suppliers’ Proposal Procedures, will be regarded as qualified suppliers of NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS.

** Reference

We only procure finished products. No half-finished goods or parts are procured. Suppliers shall design the parts of their products at their own discretion.
In order to efficiently conduct procurement activities, we may limit the number of suppliers to bid for procurement and qualified suppliers.
NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS may approve new suppliers who are willing to submit the application forms for a certain procurement opportunity only when there is sufficient time to complete the procurement procedures.
