NTT COMWARE Group Joint Event "Value Innovation 2002" to be held
- Introductions of solutions to open the way for the next generation -
The NTT COMWARE CORPORATION (hereinafter, NTT COMWARE, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Yuji Matsuo), will hold a NTT COMWARE Group joint event, the "Value Innovation 2002 - Value creation with innovation -", on November 7th (Thursday) and 8th (Friday) at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel Executive Tower (Minato-ku, Tokyo). Solutions that heighten creative abilities and open the way for the next generation will be introduced in the form of six sessions, exhibitions, and workshops.

Foreign and domestic personages have been invited and a total of five special sessions will be conducted. For example, on November 7th, Kao Studio CEO, former Harvard Business School professor, author, and movie producer, Mr. John J.Kao's keynote session (invitations only) titled "Strategic forecasts in a radically changing age" will be conducted and on November 8th, Professor Hirotaka Takeuchi, Head of the Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy, will conduct a session titled "Survival strategies for Japanese corporations" and Mr. James Rambaugh, an authority on object-oriented development at the Rational Software Corporation, will conduct a session titled "Object-oriented : the 20th Century & the 21st Century".
At the exhibition site the "NEXIPT", a high value-added VoIP solution made available by NTT COMWARE because of its familiarization with the Japanese communication network system, will be introduced and it will be possible to experience the sound quality by making actual calls at the VoIP trial corner. Also, the solutions by the NTT COMWARE Group, which creates new values for businesses, such as "HUMANEX", a personnel salary total solution that responds flexibly to personnel / salary systems, which is an area where reform is forever in demand, will be introduced at once.
At the exhibition site stage, workshops of 3 categories 21 themes relating to business / technical / and software development environments will be simultaneously conducted. For example, IT utilization examples by leading retail distribution companies such as the Isetan Company and the Senshukai Co., Ltd. as well as security measures by the Intel Corporation.
