Announcement of Organization changes and personnel assignments
NTT COMWARE CORPORATION (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Yuji Matsuo) will make changes in its organization and personnel assignments, effecfive as of October 1.

1.Organization changes
Two new organizations will be established for the purpose of enhancing competitiveness and to strengthen sales in the management support solution market as well as to explore new business opportunities by seeking new sales partners.
·Enterprise Solution Division
An accounting system has been added to the present personnel/salary system, gHUMANEXh and a new organization which offers unified support from sales to planning/development and operations has been established in order to develop the market with this new management support solution which is directly linked to the management strategies of customers.
·Partner Business Department
In order to accelerate the offering of solutions to district areas, middle-standing businesses and small and medium-size businesses, and also to strengthen the responsiveness to distributing agents and development of new agents will be aggressively pursued. With solutions that are combinations of NTT COMWARE hardware and hardware made by other companies with VoIP and Linux, and security offered by NTT COMWARE, distributing agents of services such as help desks that offer support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, will be strongly supported.
