Reorganization of Corporate Organizational Structure and Executive-level Personnel Transfers
On July 1, NTT Comware Corporation (below, NTT Comware; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yuhji Imai) will conduct a reorganization of corporate organizational structure, as well as personnel transfers at the executive and other levels.

1. Overview of Organizational Review
In an effort to strengthen whole-company and systematic management functions that are directed towards each development project, NTT Comware has newly established the Project Management Department. The establishment of this organization will aid in the improvement of product quality, and will enable higher reliability to the customers.
