Reorganization of Corporate Organizational Structure and Executive-level Personnel Transfers
On April 1, NTT Comware Corporation (below, NTT Comware; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President:
Yuhji Imai) will conduct a reorganization of corporate organizational structure, as well as
personnel transfers at the executive and other levels.

1. Overview of Organizational Review
In an effort to strengthen the competitiveness towards each development project in the revitalized
IT market and with the need to meet the increasing demand for the next generation network, NTT
Comware will conduct the corporate reorganization. The existing business divisions such as Digital
TV Network Division, Resonant Solutions Division, Enterprise Solutions Division, CRM and Billing
Solutions Division, Financial System Division and Service Coordination Division, and NTT Sales and
Marketing Headquarters and IT Sales and Marketing Headquarters as the sales and marketing section
are reorganized as the business headquarters. In addition, Network Solutions Division, CRM and
Billing Solutions Division, Enterprise Solutions Division, Financial Solutions Division and Service
Coordination Division are newly established. The existing sales and marketing headquarters and
sales functions remain unchanged so that they conduct comprehensive sales activities including
planning and proposal as controlled under the new business headquarters above.
With this reorganization, our business activities from sales strategy planning to implementation
can be conducted in a uniform and proactive manner in each division, which can provide technologies
and solutions in expertise in various areas. Business Integration Department is also newly
established to support our customers to find the overall solution to optimize their IT systems.
[Roles of New Organizations]
- Network Solutions Division
In charge of marketing for the existing telephone network and the next generation network solutions
and planning and proposals of new businesses as well as network design and construction to conduct
the integrated business coordination from sales to system development and maintenance.
- CRM and Billing Solutions Division
In charge of an integrated business coordination ranging from marketing including the market trend
research of customer relations systems/billing systems and planning of new businesses as well as
solution planning and an integrated function from sales to system development and maintenance.
- Enterprise Solutions Division
In charge of marketing including the market trend research of a common business solutions such as
Human Resources/Payroll, Accounting/Finance, Procurement/Distribution and Project Management and
planning of new businesses as well as an integrated function from solutions proposal and an
integrated function from sales to system development and maintenance.
This division also promotes RFID technology related solutions.
- Financial System Division
In charge of marketing including the market trend research of systems for financial institutions
such as banks and insurance companies as well as an integrated solutions from solution sales to
system development and maintenance.
- Service Coordination Division
In charge of maintenance and operational services for the network systems and IT systems and
marketing of the market trend research of IT securities and data center planning of new businesses
as well as an integrated service from solutions planning/sales to service provision.
- Business Integration Department
Promote an overall corporate business strategy for the business headquarters and support the
customers to establish the IT governance including the system ground design establishment.
