NTT Comware's New Human Resources Management Solution using Oracle Fusion HCM

NTT Comware Corporation (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Shinobu Umino; hereinafter, NTT Comware) starts the services of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (hereinafter, Oracle Fusion HCM) and the human resources management solution using Oracle Fusion HCM (hereinafter, the Solution) in collaborative partnerships with Oracle Corporation Japan (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Hiroshige Sugihara; hereinafter, Oracle Japan).

1. Background
Since the Japanese market has become a mature market, companies are facing a severe market environment with further economic globalization. Under these circumstances, it is critical for companies to increase their competitiveness to survive; they need effective measures to manage their human resources to cope with the situation. For maximizing corporate value, there is also the need to design a talent management system for human development of personnel through recruitment from all over the world and optimization in personnel assignments, as well as a challenge to enable them to use such systems in an efficient manner.
NTT Comware recognizes such market needs and is determined to be one of the pioneers in Japan of a prominent talent management IT system leading the world: "Oracle Fusion HCM". Currently, their new human resources management application, Oracle Fusion HCM, supports companies to employ the new talent management service to facilitate "recruitment", "human development", "assessment", "successor plan" and "human resources data analysis" which strongly assist clients for the realization of a tailor-made human resources management system, aiming to optimize the value of their human resources and enhance the capabilities of the organization.

The system allows the central management of personnel information of all the employees all over the world, which is effective to explore a human resources database to find potential as well as to plan an optimized selection and assignment of employees from all the departments including group companies at home and abroad.
