NTT Comware Started "Collabo Connect", New ICT Solution for Supporting Newcomers to Hikari Collaboration Business
- A Low Cost and Essential Service for Customer Management, Fee Calculation and Billing for Hikari Colabo Carriers

NTT Comware Corporation (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Shinobu Umino, hereinafter, NTT Comware) starts a new ICT solution service "Collabo Connect" on October 29, 2015. This service is to support Hikari collaboration partner carriers (hereinafter, Hikari Collabo carriers), the wholesalers of Hikari services of NTT East and NTT West, with various optional services required for starting the business, including customer management, fee calculation and billing at lower costs.

Since NTT East and NTT West started to offer their Hikari services to wholesalers from February 2015, there is an increasing number of companies that have commenced unique services combining their own and Hikari services. Collabo Connect provides optional functions of Hikari services for Hikari Collabo carriers including customer management, fee calculation and billing in order to facilitate Hikari Collabo businesses to start in a smooth and speedy manner. With the service, the user companies can automatically obtain a variety of customer information such as subscription and fee conditions from NTT East and NTT West to save manpower and time for customer management and billing. Its customer information searching function is also efficient for the Hikari Collabo carriers for responding to inquiries from customers. NTT Comware offers this service at affordable prices, ranging from 350,000 yen for the initial fee and the monthly fee of 100,000 yen, in order to contribute to the Hikari Collabo carriers to easily start their wholesale business subject to their business scale or budget for effective returns on their investment in the systems.

NTT Comware aims to achieve sales of Collabo Connect to about 50 companies within FY2016, as well as contributing to further development of the ICT market by supporting various companies through the Hikari Collabo business.
