Executive-level Personnel Transfers/New Assignments and Manager-level Personal Transfers

NTT Comware Corporation (below, NTT Comware; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Michio Sugimoto) announces the following organizational change, personal transfers/new assignments of the board members and personal transfers of the managers effective July 1, 2010.

1. Outline of the Organizational Change

NTT Comware newly launches NTT Business Promotion Division. This is to further contribute to the success in business of NTT Group aiming to realize the NTT Group mid-term corporate strategy Product & Service Creation. Following the change of organization, the services of Business Integration Department, which is to be abolished, are transferred and integrated into NTT Business Promotion Division.

2. Roles of the New Department

Aiming to ensure the achievement of the mission being the "CIO assistant" and "strategic partner" of the NTT group companies and enhance the services, NTT Business Promotion Division will be a center to enhance and integrate various functions such as business planning to promote a wide range of proposals to the NTT group companies, its sales and marketing function to support the sales activities of each department of NTT Comware and IT governance related services to act as the CIO assistant and audit.
