This is the IassS (*1) solution to use or control the volume of ICT resources with high availability (e.g. server, storage) with monthly fees, depending on the needs of business or IT system lifecycles.(1)Features

[Experiences and Future Scenario]
NTT Comware has various SmartCloud solutions according to the extensive knowledge and experiences through the data center certified by SAS70 (*7) with the Japan first class PUE (*6), IT service management with ISO/IEC20000 (*8), integration of approximately 50 systems of the corporate internal cloud environment and the desktop service (ThinClient) to accommodate approximately 5,000 accounts.Since the announcement of SmartCloud concept in July 2009, NTT Comware collected opinions of the customers which they would need as a best practice of "Cloud" solution. SmartCloud Resource Pool and SmartCloud Desktop are the first step to launch to meet the needs. NTT Comware will further increase the menu and service levels of various solution services and provide new services such as the development environment support to meet various customer needs according to ITIL V3 (*9) life cycle approaches.
