Executive-level Personnel Transfers/New Assignments

NTT Comware Corporation (below, NTT Comware; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Michio Sugimoto) announces the following change of the division names and personal transfers/new assignments of the board members effective July 1, 2011.

1. Change of Division Names

NTT Comware changes the name of "Core Technology and Program Management Division" to "Core Technology, Quality Management and Engineering Division". This represents our determination for further ensuring the quality assurance and improvement of productivity.

Core Technology, Quality Management and Engineering Division (new): Core Technology and Program Management Division (current)
