NTT COMWARE to Launch a RPA Solution "Robotic Process Automation Software" in the Philippines

June 20, 2018. Tokyo - - - NTT COMWARE CORPORATION (Head office: Tokyo, Japan ; President: Satoshi Kurishima, hereinafter, NTT COMWARE) launches a RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solution "Robotic Process Automation Software OR-5200" on June 20, 2018 in the Philippines.
Witnessing growing demand for RPA solutions that help to improve and automate business processes, NTT COMWARE has introduced the RPA solution, "WinActor" to Japanese businesses, helping them to achieve higher business efficiency as well as their goals. NTT COMWARE also provides consultation for software users based on its ample experience and technical advantages as the System Integrator that has served the NTT Group throughout its long history. With this achievement in Japan, NTT COMWARE is now launching a "Robotic Process Automation Software" in the Philippines to meet the needs for "improvement in productivity" and a "resource shift to more value-added activities", which are common business issues throughout the world. In a partnership with the developer of a "Robotic Process Automation Software" based on the technology of NTT Laboratories, NTT Advanced Technology Corporation (Head office: Kanagawa, Japan ; President and CEO: George Kimura, hereinafter, NTT AT), NTT COMWARE will provide the license and consulting services for a "Robotic Process Automation Software" in the Philippines market."Robotic Process Automation Software" is able to run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year based on "scenarios" - a manually recorded set of tasks such as data inputs or other repetitive activities. This solution based on "scenarios" will enable shorter processing time and higher accuracy than human work, which often contains "human errors". "Robotic Process Automation Software" has a GUI (Graphical User Interface) that can be operated intuitively. Therefore, employees with no IT programming literacy can also easily create "scenarios". Users of "Robotic Process Automation Software" are able to access to pre-developed libraries to effectively create their own "scenarios". Additionally, NTT COMWARE offers extensive libraries accommodated to the common uses of applications such as Microsoft Excel and Access, and template scenarios for generic purposes for further convenience. By utilizing "Robotic Process Automation Software", employees can focus on higher value-added activities such as making business judgments and engaging in interpersonal communications. "Robotic Process Automation Software" can take over data entry and routine tasks otherwise done by humans.
In the partnership with local enterprises in the Philippines, NTT COMWARE has been conducting a PoC (Proof of Concept) for the "Robotic Process Automation Software" ahead of this launch in the Philippines market, which has one of the fastest growing economies in Asia.
