Audit & Supervisory Board Member	Kenichi Oomoto

Kenichi Oomoto will resign effective July 31, 2018.
Toshiyuki Banjo, the candidate for Audit & Supervisory Board Member, will be assigned to the position of NTT Comware, effective August 1, 2018.
