NTT COMWARE Forms Capital and Business Partnership with Mobilus
NTT COMWARE CORPORATION (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Satoshi Kurishima, hereinafter "NTT COMWARE") concluded a capital and business partnership agreement with Mobilus Corporation (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President: Tomohiro Ishii, hereinafter "Mobilus") on June 16, 2020.
In accordance with the capital and business partnership, NTT COMWARE will acquire 10% of Mobilus' shares and upgrade the communication infrastructure using chatting technologies owned by Mobilus. Service collaboration with Mobilus will enhance digital workplace solutions to support the New Normal of workstyles in the COVID-19 era and the post-coronavirus era, and to aid users with the digital transformation.As workstyles are diversifying, there are mounting needs for supportive services without constraints in time or place. Since 2014, NTT COMWARE has offered the Shanaing®TALK, which was developed based on Mobilus' chatting engine. The Shanaing®TALK is incorporated into the foundation of NTT-Neomeit Corporation's ELGANA business chatting tool . These two services have a cumulative total of at least 300,000 users.
Meanwhile, Mobilus offers the mobiAgent chatting system for customer support, the mobiVoice AI-based automatic phone answering system and other solutions, and has a proven track record of introductions to call centers.
With the capital and business partnership, NTT COMWARE will produce better synergy with Mobilus' chatting technology and more promptly respond to user's changes in workstyles.
