Audit & Supervisory Board Member	Toshiyuki Banjo

Kazuo Komine, the candidate for Member of the Board, and Hiroyuki Takeuchi, the candidate for and Audit & Supervisory Board Member, will be assigned to the position of NTT COMWARE, effective July 1, 2021.
Hiroyuki Takeuchi, the candidate for and Audit & Supervisory Board Member, will assume the position at NIPPON TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE CORPORATION on July 1, 2021.
Shingo Ishida and Toshiyuki Banjo will resign effective June 30, 2021.
