Organizational Revisions
NTT COMWARE CORPORATION (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Masato Kuroiwa; hereinafter "NTT COMWARE") announces organizational revisions as of July 1, 2023.
Overview1. Establishment of the Enterprise Solution Division
The current Enterprise Business Division and Business Incubation Division will be integrated to form the new Enterprise Solution Division with the aim of formulating, planning, and enhancing the development of solutions strategies. The goal is to expand the solutions business while enhancing solutions planning, development, and consulting functions for data utilization and other purposes to support customers' DX demands in the context of the "docomo business", which is the corporate business brand of the DOCOMO Group.
2. Establishment of the Billing Platform Division
The Billing Platform Division will be established with the aim of enhancing the development of billing solutions. The goal is to make NTT Group's billing operations more centralized and more effective in the provision of billing solutions through systematization and efficient development.
3. Establishment of the Corporate Innovation Division
The Corporate Innovation Division will be established with the aim of enhancing the business management system, including a revision of software development processes. With the goal of achieving both quality and credibility improvement and agility speed that creates business competitiveness, which is required as an NTT group IT company, it will contribute to DX realization and enhanced global competitiveness for the NTT Group by strengthening a future-oriented business management system.
