Change of trading name
New Trade Name, NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS, Inc.

NTT COMWARE CORPORATION (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Masato Kuroiwa; Hereinafter, NTT COMWARE) has decided to change its trade name to NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS, Inc. as of July 1, 2025, subject to approval at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held in June 2025. In addition, the corporate logo will be changed in line with the change of the trade name.

Aiming to further enhance the unity of NTT DOCOMO Group and accelerate its growth while leveraging synergy, NTT COMWARE has adopted the new trade name, NTT DOCOMO SOLUTIONS, Inc.

The term "SOLUTIONS" embodies NTT COMWARE's strong determination to continue to provide optimal solutions to problems that society and customers are facing by making the most of the technical expertise that NTT COMWARE has developed since it was founded.

The new corporate logo was created by combining "solutions" with the new corporate logo of NTT DOCOMO, INC. Unifying the logo design across the NTT DOCOMO Group's key businesses (NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS, Inc. and NTT DOCOMO GLOBAL, Inc.) will strengthen the collective capabilities of the group, enabling the NTT DOCOMO Group to push forward with the success of its business in collaboration with its partners. As a result, the NTT DOCOMO Group will lead the entire NTT Group and provide new value to all of its customers.
